1.Copper Coated Steel Strip
Main Characteristics:
Cold-Rolled and Copper coated steel strips ,thickness of co[[er layer to below throwing powder ,solid plating adhesion ,suit for single wall and double wall steel tube .
Product specifications: the thickness of steel strip is 0.25mm -0,7mm ,1mm ,and which is 230-280mm ,the thyickness of copper later is 2.8-5um.

2.Series Production of Double Wall brazed Steel Tube
Double Wall Brazed Steel tube is coated copper on the both sides of the steel strips ,and brazed after coiled 720 ºC.
Main Characteristics:
1> Fine inside clearness,high strength ,and nice elongation ,
2> Good foundation ,and after0process ,anti-leakage;
3> Anti-high pressure explosion and excellenht anti0-corrosion prooerty after surface treatment.The tube can be provided in coils or cut-to-length with any length according to the requirements from customers.

3.Series products of Cold -Drawn precision single wall welded steel tube 
Main Charateristics:
The cold-drawn precisoon single wall welded stel tube is coiled 180ºC,after high -frequency welded .According to the different demands,tubes can be cold drawn to steel tube with the different diameter .The products with excellent mechanical prooerty for after-process.The tube is mainly used for auto fuel tube and transmission tube after surface treatment.

4.Kinds of tube surface treatment 
1> Zinc-plated tube 
Zn can be plated on this surface of single wall and double wall tubes. The thickness of Zn layer is 6um ,12um ,and 25um in order to improve corrosive resistance .

2.PVF Tube
Main Charateristic:
1> The product is made by trivalent chrome passivated processing and chrome-free PVF paint.
2> Coating is even strong ahension and nice corrosive resistance.
3> Salt spray test can be reached more than 1000hours without red rust.
4> The product is used for high class automotive.

3.PA12 Coating tubes.

1> PA12 is are coated on the surface of Zn plated tubes.
